He has served as Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, and General Manager, reporting directly to Boards and leading complex, multi-million-dollar operations.

Nina brings over 20 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in private clubs. She has led day-to-day operations, member experience, and staff execution, and now oversees private donor and executive events for the National Audubon Society across New York and Connecticut.
